This year we’re launching our new global warranty platform, developed on Salesforce (a leading cloud-based solution), which will improve services provided to our UK dealers and their customers.
We continuously research how we can improve what we offer customers and clients. We conduct focus groups across the country where our dedicated account managers speak to dealers on a regular basis for honest feedback and customers are given the opportunity to leave a satisfaction score.
